Shipping

Object Origin Collective ships collectible art, design, and objects from the United States and from partner locations when applicable. Shipping options, timing, and cost are shown at checkout when available.

Because many works are fragile, heavy, oversized, limited, or made in small quantities, some orders may require confirmation before dispatch. If a piece requires special packing, freight, insurance, or white-glove handling, we will contact you before shipment.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or materially different from the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Returns for collectible, fragile, commissioned, made-to-order, final-sale, or special-order objects may be limited. When a return is approved, the item must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging unless we provide other instructions.

Damaged shipments

Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. Insurers and carriers may require photographs or inspection of the original box, packing material, label, and object.
