Returns and refunds

Object Origin Collective sells collectible art, design objects, studio-made works, limited-edition pieces, fragile objects, and objects fulfilled from represented artists, studios, trusted partners, or gallery-held inventory. Because many works are handmade, limited, fragile, oversized, special-order, or partner-fulfilled, return eligibility can vary by object.

If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at hello@oocollective.com. We can help confirm availability, dimensions, material details, shipping timing, condition notes, and whether a specific work is eligible for return before you order.

Return window

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the product name, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the request.

Items approved for return must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition received, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, labels, crates, and documentation. Items sent back without written return authorization may not be accepted.

Items that may be final sale or limited-return

Returns may be limited or unavailable for commissioned works, made-to-order pieces, special-order objects, customized items, final-sale items, fragile collectible objects, oversized freight items, and works shipped directly from a represented artist, studio, or partner location. Any special conditions known before purchase will be shared on the product page or by email when requested.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oocollective.com. Include photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved, as carriers or insurers may request inspection.

Refunds

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will notify you and process the approved refund to the original payment method. Original shipping, freight, insurance, customs, duties, and handling charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or confirmed shipping damage.

Return address

Do not send items back without written authorization. When a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and packing instructions. Depending on the object, return shipments may need to go to Object Origin Collective, a represented artist, a studio, or another partner location.
