Shipping and delivery
Object Origin Collective ships collectible art, design objects, and studio-made works from the United States and, when applicable, from represented artists, studios, trusted partners, or gallery-held inventory. Some orders are fulfilled directly by a studio or partner location so that the object can be packed and shipped appropriately.
Processing times
Many items are fragile, handmade, limited, oversized, or require careful confirmation before dispatch. Standard in-stock items may ship within the timing shown at checkout. Some studio, partner-fulfilled, special-order, freight, or white-glove orders may require additional handling time. If timing is important, contact us before purchasing at hello@oocollective.com.
Shipping costs and methods
Available shipping options, estimated delivery timing, and shipping costs are shown at checkout when available. Larger, fragile, high-value, or oversized pieces may require custom packing, insurance, freight, or white-glove delivery. If additional coordination is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, freight scheduling, artist or studio packing requirements, and events outside our control can affect delivery timing.
International shipping
International shipping availability depends on the object, destination, size, fragility, customs requirements, and carrier availability. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or local delivery charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order confirmation and availability
Because many works are small-batch, limited, or partner-fulfilled, availability may need to be confirmed after an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable, requires revised shipping arrangements, or cannot be fulfilled as ordered, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@oocollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
